Two hundred and thirty-four (234) line managers were surveyed, out of which two hundred and seventeen (217) copies of the questionnaire were returned and used for the analysis. Smart PLS (3.0) was used for the analysis. Findings show that telecommuting, work process automation, mobile collaboration, and gamification significantly influence line managers' job engagement. The study recommended that public parastatals should leverage technological innovations to improve line managers' job engagement. This scoping review aims to elucidate the existing literature on this relationship, providing insights into the impact of human resource analytics dimensions on employees' engagement in digital workplaces. Initially, 106 articles were identified through comprehensive search strategies. After rigorous application of inclusion/exclusion criteria, 75 articles were excluded, leading to a refined pool of 17 relevant articles. The study adopts a systematic approach to assess the impact of human resource analytics dimensions, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis, on employees' engagement levels. It scrutinized the influence of ICT and SCMPs on the performance of <br>businesses in the Foods and Beverages Industry. The study employed a descriptive survey <br>research design. Data for the study were obtained from primary sources via the administration of <br>a structured questionnaire. The population comprised all the firms in the Foods and Beverages <br>sector of the Nigerian economy located in Oyo state. Additionally, the study had a sample size of <br>100, randomly selected from all the firms in the Foods and Beverages industry in Oyo State. <br>Data collected were analyzed using standard deviation, mean, percentages, and regression <br>analysis. The outcomes of the study showed a positive and substantial influence of ICT (p &lt; <br>0.05, β = 0.626, t = 6.862) on performance. It also showed that SCMPs have a positive and <br>substantial influence (p &lt; 0.05, β = 0.786, t = 10.854) on performance. The results also showed <br>that ICT and SCMPs have a positive and substantial impact on the performance (p &lt; 0.05; R^2 = <br>0.636; F = 62.965) of businesses in the Foods and Beverages Industry in Nigeria. The problem statement addresses the need <br>to understand how technological advancements influence various aspects of SMEs' performance, <br>including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, in the context of a rapidly <br>evolving digital landscape. The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between <br>technological changes and SME performance indicators, aiming to provide insights that can <br>inform strategic decision-making and policy formulation for SME development in Lagos State. <br>Employing an explanatory research design, the study utilizes a sample comprising six Local <br>Government Areas (LGAs) within Lagos State, with 30 questionnaires administered to SME <br>owners in each LGA, totaling 180 questionnaire copies. Out of these, 153 valid responses were <br>obtained for data analysis. Content validity was employed to assess the research instrument's <br>validity, while internal consistency was confirmed with a Cronbach alpha of 0.75, indicating <br>instrument reliability. The study employs descriptive and inferential statistics to test hypotheses <br>and analyze the data. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between technological <br>changes and SME performance indicators, highlighting the transformative potential of <br>technology adoption for SMEs in Lagos State. The study concludes by emphasizing the <br>importance of technological innovation and adaptation for enhancing SME competitiveness and <br>sustainability, with implications for policy, practice, and future research. Addressing the pressing need to enhance organizational <br>effectiveness and societal well-being, the research identifies barriers and enabling strategies for <br>promoting resilience and sustainability, assesses the influence of managerial resilience on social, <br>economic, and environmental sustainability indicators, and provides recommendations for <br>policymakers and organizational leaders. The population of interest comprised managers working <br>within the public sector across the Southwest region of Nigeria. A sample size of 150 public <br>managers was determined, representing a diverse range of departments and agencies within the <br>Southwest region. The research instrument, i.e., the questionnaire, was developed based on a <br>review of existing literature on managerial resilience, sustainability, and public sector <br>management. Utilizing a combination of structural and measurement models, the study reveals <br>significant positive relationships between managerial resilience and dimensions of sustainability, <br>highlighting the critical role of resilient leadership in navigating challenges and promoting <br>sustainable practices. The findings underscore the importance of investing in capacity-building <br>initiatives, streamlining processes, and promoting stakeholder engagement to foster a resilient <br>and sustainable public sector.
